Breast enhancement procedures are some of the most sought-after in plastic surgery. Most breast enhancement procedures are performed to enhance the shape, size, and symmetry of the breasts resulting in a fuller, more shapely appearance. Patients who are interested in breast enhancement may have experienced changes in the shape, size, or position of their breasts. These changes can be caused by various factors such as genetics, weight fluctuation, age, pregnancy, and more.
Breast enhancement procedures include breast augmentation, breast lift, breast implant removal, breast implant replacement, and more.
	Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation uses breast implants to create fuller breasts, correct asymmetries, and improve the size, shape, and contours of the breasts. Natural-looking volume is added by utilizing breast implants that are proportional to your body to accentuate and enhance your natural curves. Dr. Asaadi only uses saline breasts implants resulting in natural-looking breast enhancement results.

	Breast Lift
Breast lift surgery can restore a more youthful-looking shape to the appearance of the breasts by removing excess skin and tissue and raising the breasts to a more lifted position. With age or following lifestyle choices such as pregnancy or breastfeeding, breasts can begin to sag and droop, causing many women to feel self-conscious. With breast lift surgery, patients can enhance the look of their breasts and achieve their desired breast enhancement goals.
	Breast Implant Removal & Replacement
Breast implant removal is performed for cosmetic or medical concerns. Breast implant removal is an option for patients who may no longer be happy with the appearance of their breast implants, patients who no longer desire having breast implants at all, or due to an infection or capsular contracture. Damaged breast implants must be removed for the health of the patient. Breast implant removal can be combined with breast implant replacement, following the removal of the previous implants.
Breast implant replacement exchanges previous breast implants for new breast implants following a breast implant removal surgery. Patients interested in undergoing breast implant replacement surgery may be interested in increasing or decreasing the size of their implants to achieve a more natural-looking breast enhancement result. Another reason for undergoing breast implant replacement may be due to infection, capsular contracture, or correcting the work of a previous surgeon.

Over time, as the natural course of aging occurs, it is not uncommon to wish for younger-looking skin. Factors such as stress, sun exposure, gravity, and more can contribute to a decrease in facial volume and elasticity. This can result in patients feeling unsatisfied in their appearance and reducing their self-esteem as they age. With facial rejuvenation, patients can maintain their youthfulness and enhance their appearance to feel and look their best.
Facial rejuvenation addresses the signs of facial aging by treating common concerns such as wrinkles, sagging skin, loss of facial volume, fine lines, and more. Facial plastic surgery targets areas around the mouth, nose, eyes, neck, forehead, chin, and more.
At Asaadi Plastic Surgery, we offer facial plastic surgery procedures such as facelift, neck lift, forehead lift, and more. These procedures can reduce the signs of aging, improve your overall appearance, boost your confidence, and provide a more youthful glow. Facial rejuvenation can help patients revitalize a natural-looking facial profile to restore their youth.
	Facelift
Facelift surgery can refresh your appearance by significantly reducing the visible signs of aging. A facelift tightens and lifts the muscles and deep tissues of the face and removes excess skin and fat to accentuate your facial contours. There are various facelift techniques that are used to target the different areas of the face and neck to achieve each patient’s desired results. Facelift surgery can reduce the appearance of jowls, tighten facial muscles, eliminate a double chin, soften creases and folds, and rewind the aging process for a natural-looking facial profile. Improving the signs of aging with a facelift can restore a long-lasting, more youthful facial profile.
	Neck lift
Neck lift surgery addresses fine lines, wrinkles, excess fat, and loose skin that develop in the neck area, leading to an older-looking appearance. The neck is often one of the first places where the signs of aging begin to appear as skin begins to droop, sag, and crease over time. A neck lift can create a lifted, more sculpted neckline by tightening and smoothing the skin to restore youthful contours. Excess skin and fat are often removed to create a more defined neckline and eliminate concerns such as neck banding, jowls, and wrinkles.
	Forehead lift
A forehead lift can eliminate the appearance of facial furrows, worry lines, and sagging brows due to aging, stress, and repeated facial expressions. Patients who are unsatisfied with the appearance of their forehead can undergo a forehead lift to improve their appearance for a younger-looking expression and achieve a firmer, smoother forehead.

Removing and eliminating unwanted fat from different areas of the body is one of the most sought-after body contouring and plastic surgery procedures. Innovative plastic surgery advancements over the years have led to the creation of a variety of different techniques and methods to perform liposuction. These new methods are suited to better fit the needs of each patient and their desired goals. At Asaadi Plastic Surgery, we offer multiple methods of liposuction, including VASER® LipoSelection.
VASER® LipoSelection is a specialized liposuction technique that removes fat and tightens skin in one procedure. The purpose of this procedure is to target unwanted fat and extract it, while also encouraging skin retraction for a gradual firming effect. This method of liposuction is minimally invasive and uses ultrasound technology to generate and transmit sound energy to underlying fat cells. As the fat cells are exposed to the ultrasound energy, it is gradually liquefied. The fat cells are then gently removed to ensure skin retraction and smoothness in the targeted areas. This procedure is ideal for patients who are interested in tackling persistent fat pockets in a range of different areas of the body.
Treatment areas for VASER® LipoSelection include the abdomen, thighs, hips, legs, arms, and neck. Other and more specific areas that can be targeted include the knees, flanks, upper arms, face, inner thighs, chin, outer thighs, calves, breasts, and ankles. The benefits of the VASER® method include predictable results, fast recovery, minimal pain and bruising, and it is gentle so it can be applied to delicate areas of the face and body.
What is the difference between VASER® LipoSelection and Traditional Liposuction results?
VASER® Liposuction is able to selectively target and extract unwanted fat from precise areas. This technique leaves the connective tissue and nerves intact, resulting in minimal discomfort and faster recovery than traditional liposuction. The VASER® method has a shorter procedure time and requires less downtime post procedure as well.
Benefits of ultrasound technology leave patients with beautifully contoured results and skin tightening benefits. Following the VASER® procedure, patients can expect long-lasting body sculpting results. This method is designed to restore and firm the natural-looking contours of your body.

Since 1985, the month of October has been Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Each year, there are about 264,000 cases of breast cancer diagnosed in women. Many women who are diagnosed and fighting their battles with breast cancer undergo a mastectomy, double mastectomy, or another form of surgery to remove part of or all of their breasts. These surgeries can cause some women to feel self-conscious and uncomfortable with their appearance. Along with these feelings, some women also feel a lack or lost sense of femininity and sexuality. At Asaadi Plastic Surgery, we offer breast reconstruction, which is also referred to as reconstruction mammoplasty.
Breast reconstruction rebuilds the breasts to closely match the appearance, shape, and size of a patient’s breasts prior to their surgery. This procedure is ideal for women who have had cancer treatments, lumpectomy, or another surgery where some or all breast tissue was removed. Saline breast implants are used for breast reconstruction and are made of a salt-water solution. These implants create symmetrical, full breasts to provide the patient with the most natural-looking results possible.

Aside from implants, a natural breast transfer can also be performed as a reconstruction technique. This surgery is performed by using a tissue expander to create a pocket in the patient’s breast for the implant. In some cases, a breast mound can form, and no breast implants are needed.

Eyelid surgery, also known as blepharoplasty, can restore the appearance of drooping, tired eyes through the removal of excess skin and fat from the upper and lower eyelids. One of the most common concerns patients seeking eyelid surgery express is severe undereye bags. Often misdiagnosed, these undereye bags may actually be what is known as festoons, or malar bags. Patients with sagging skin or puffiness underneath the eyes are candidates for this procedure. Eyelid surgery achieves natural, younger-looking results.
Festoons are a genetic condition that result in puffiness below the lower eyelid and above the cheeks and can also appear as puffy eye bags. They are the result of either fat deposits around the eyes or muscle laxity. This causes the skin and face to appear tired and older-looking.
	Treating and Diagnosing Festoons
The two main causes for festoons are excess fat and muscle laxity, and it is important to correctly diagnose a patient to create the proper treatment plan to remove festoons. Festoons can be particularly difficult to diagnose, which is why Dr. Asaadi has pioneered the Botox® Test for diagnosing and treatment.
Through the Botox® Test, a small amount of Botox is injected into the area around the eye. If the festoons become worse, the root cause is muscle laxity. This can be treated through releasing ligaments of surrounding eye muscles to reduce puffiness. If there is no change after the injection, the root cause is excess fat. This can be treated by surgically removing the fat deposits.
Why Choose Dr. Asaadi to Remove Festoons?
Dr. Asaadi specializes in diagnosing and treating festoons. Blepharoplasty is considered one of the most difficult plastic surgery procedures, and it requires expertise, attention to detail, and a highly skilled surgeon to perform correctly. If too much fat is removed from the lower eye, it can create a hollow look. Dr. Asaadi utilizes a unique method of correcting hollowness and puffiness, resulting in a youthful, fuller, and refreshed appearance.
