Many women who are fighting breast cancer often undergo a mastectomy or double mastectomy in order to treat existing cancer or prevent it from forming in high-risk cases.
During this procedure, all or part of the patient’s breasts may be removed.

What is Breast Reconstruction Surgery?

How is Breast Reconstruction Surgery Performed?
During breast reconstruction surgery, a tissue expander is used to create a pocket in which a saline breast implant can be inserted.
