New Patients: All new patients are required to provide a credit card number in order to secure appointments.
Cancelation Policy: The patient has 24 hours prior to the appointment to cancel or change the appointment. Please be advised that the credit card will not be charged unless the patient misses the appointment without calling to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior. In the event that patient does miss the appointment, the patient is still responsible for the $200 consultation fee and the credit card will be charged. The 24 hour cancellation policy is a courtesy to Dr Asaadi and his time.
